Exhaust Manifolds / Y-Pipe - 2GR R2
Orders are being taken, we are currently 3-4 weeks out from the next batch being produced!
These are custom exhaust manifolds for the 2GRFE V6 that clear the OEM oil cooler, AC compressor, the SW20 firewalls and subframe, axle carrier, and shifter linkages that provide a clean and efficient setup to continue building an exhaust on a 2GR swapped MR2.
These are constructed from high-grade 304 stainless steel and tig welded with full stainless hardware, The O2 ports are built into the upper collector. These manifolds are a culmination of years of 2GR swaps in-house and trying many different solutions to work. The biggest challenge is designing the system has been a solution for multiple different parts setup people run in their cars (axles type, oil coolers, AC, etc), while providing high quality, consistent product we can manufacture at a reasonable cost, here in the USA.
This design incorporates a y-pipe into the front header itself, so you do not need a separate middle y-pipe. Either continue to build from the single 2.5" outlet or adapter to any of the new TCS exhaust systems with our R2 TCS B pipe!
Most 2GR setups with modified ECUs will see about 285-290whp with these manifolds!
The tubular head order wait list is currently full and we are not taking any additional orders due to scheduling restraints.
